Refresh for Teaching Remotely site

The focus of the Teaching Remotely site continues to be on helping ANU educators to adjust to the transition to remote learning during 2020. The site provides ANU educators access to support and training, educational designer consultations, peer-to-peer discussions and a range of other pedagogical advice and support.

Multi Mode (Hybrid) Teaching
For semester 2, the site has been refreshed and new information on Multi Mode (Hybrid) Teaching has been added to our growing body of resources. This section includes information about learning approaches, a cheat sheet, course design and class sessions, information about audio visual technology, and a section on active and interactive learning ideas and strategies;

Ed Design consults
If you need assistance with any aspect of your course for second semester 2020 or even first semester 2021, please book a consult with one of our Educational Designers using our new casual consult schedule. If you have something specific which you would like assistance with, please make a booking or email the team.

Padlet
We will soon be launching a pedagogical resource on using Padlet in teaching and learning. We know this is a tool which is growing in popularity amongst ANU educators so we have created what we hope is a motivational and inspiring resource to help build your skills.

Seeking your feedback
We are keen to keep tailoring the Teaching Remotely site to address the needs of ANU educators. Tell us about your experience and use of the site and about the resources you found helpful in moving your teaching off campus. Please take this quick evaluation survey so that we can continue to improve the site.

Wattle I Do?
Complementing the Teaching Remotely site is the new Wattle I Do site for time-poor convenors, lecturers and tutors who want to get in and learn the basics of Wattle.
